Like an old magic spell, once you step into the world of luxury superyachts, going back is nearly impossible. These floating mansions blend adventure with pure indulgence and are designed for those whose wealth matches their desire to explore.
Arthur Blank, co-founder of Home Depot and owner of NFL franchise Atlanta Falcons, knows this feeling all too well. Having already sailed the seas aboard one mega-yacht, he's now trading up by selling one maritime masterpiece while eagerly awaiting the arrival of an even more extravagant vessel.

Blank's current yacht, the 295-foot DreAMBoat, hit the water in 2019 and is now on the market for $200 million USD (~320 million AUD). But he's already set his sights on his next extravagant vessel, which is the 364-foot Project Y726. Being in its last stages of construction, the yacht is expected to be delivered by the end of the year.
The Current Crown: DreAMBoatDreAMBoat, whose name cleverly incorporates Blank's initials (AMB), was built by acclaimed Dutch shipyard Oceanco and is a prime example of modern superyacht excellence.
The exterior of the vessel is designed by Espen Øino, who gave it a sleek and timeless look, while inside, Terence Disdale created a comfortable space featuring dark wood panelling, marble accents, and furnishings that scream, "I have more money than I know what to do with." There's also a full-sized pool on the main deck, while the owner's deck has its own private Jacuzzi because, apparently, one is never enough.

But DreAMBoat is not just about style — it delivers on performance as well. With two MTU diesel engines, it cruises smoothly at 12 knots but can ramp up to 16 knots when speed is called for, offering both efficiency and power.
Inside, 11 lavish cabins accommodate up to 23 guests, while a dedicated crew of 33 ensures that no one has to lift a finger. Naturally, this kind of luxury doesn't come cheap, and in the case of DreAMBoat, operating costs run up to $16 million per year.
The Next Chapter: Project Y726Not settling for less, Blank's next yacht, Project Y726, is another Oceanco build and will be one of their largest by volume at 4,550 gross tons.
Stretching 364 feet, it's designed to accommodate 28 guests in 14 suites, who will be attended by a crew of 34. The design team is a powerhouse duo: Espen Øino for the exterior and Mark Berryman for the interiors. A creative twist has also been added to the vessel because, unlike most mega-yachts that stick to elegant neutral tones, this one will feature custom artwork by graffiti artist I AM EELCO.

The amenities aboard Project Y726 are nothing short of extraordinary. A winter garden and indoor cocktail lounge for all-weather entertaining? Check. A state-of-the-art cinema for intimate screenings? Of course. A full-service gym and spa with a sauna and steam room? Naturally. And because no billionaire yacht is complete without a private oasis, the owner's deck features both a Jacuzzi and a full-sized swimming pool.
Arthur Blank isn't just sailing the seas — he is creating what luxury looks like on the water. With each yacht bigger and more impressive than the last, he's proving there's always another level of comfort and style to chase.
